Your content

You keep all rights to the videos you edit with CutSI. You're responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for what you record, edit, and post, including people, music, brands, and products that appear in it. You give us and our service providers permission to process the parts of your content described in the Privacy Policy only to provide the features you use.

AI edits

CutSI uses AI to choose openings, cuts, captions, and headlines. AI can make mistakes. Review every video before you post it, especially product names, prices, claims, and demonstrations. You're responsible for what you publish, including following the rules of the platforms you post on and advertising and disclosure laws such as affiliate disclosures. Time savings shown in the app are estimates, and CutSI doesn't guarantee views, sales, or earnings.

Acceptable use

Don't use CutSI to create content that's illegal, infringes others' rights, harasses or deceives people, or makes false or misleading product claims. Don't try to get around plan limits, reverse engineer our service, or interfere with it. We may suspend access for abuse.

Availability and changes

We work to keep CutSI available, but it may sometimes be interrupted, and features may change. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use CutSI after a change means you accept it.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, CutSI is provided “as is”. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, sales, or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for CutSI in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
